Hilton is a well known and respected global hospitality brand with over 570 locations worldwide.
Hilton came to us for a direct mail campaign to promote a line of co-branded credit cards for Hilton and American Express, This was to go with an existing digital campaign that I was also heavily involved with producing. Hilton provided us with a large amount of strategy data covering the 4 main market segments they were pursuing.
In this project I was able to leverage my experience with both print and direct mail. Bright, solid colors from Hilton’s brand palette to tie into the existing digital campaign and make the mailing stand out from the crowd of envelopes in your mailbox, along with aspirational location photos and strong offer statements to engage the potential card applicant. Results: 250% to the goal for new card acquisitions.
