Standard Technology, Inc. is a leading provider of rapid response, high quality contingency workforce to the United States military, civilian federal agencies, and corporate clients. It is a woman and service-disabled veteran-owned small business that abides by the highest ethical and performance standards, as a trusted resource for an array of solutions including engineering, information technology, administrative, staffing, and training services.
Standard Technology, Inc. needed a branded, PCI compliant, ecommerce site. It replaced an expensive, time-consuming and awkward process using an external service. The site needed to be a central clearinghouse for individuals and organizations to purchase training courses and testing offered for many different professional certifications.
I gathered requirements, edited the content, and created the information architecture, wireframes, flowcharts, and web design comps for the project. I wrote the RFP, and reached out to the developers who had built our other Drupal7 site to build this in Drupal Commerce. I served as Product Owner / Stakeholder while working with developers to create, QA, and launch this site, and entered all the content. Post launch, I installed a mod to help build out a process for entering thousands of the individual class database records into the site in an efficient manner.
