Hilton is a well known and respected global hospitality brand with over 570 locations worldwide.
After the success of the award-winning direct mail campaign, Hilton came back to us for help with figuring out how to best reach their closest audience for the Hilton/Amex cobrand: Hilton guests who were already on the premises, enjoying their stay.
The plan used QR codes, unique to each property included in the pilot program, to collect data about which messaging and what placements were most attractive to the audience. Shown here are some specific placements: elevator signage, heroes and banners from the properties’ WiFi pages, and room key packet cards, all using Hilton‘s bright palettes of blues and white, and strong CTAs with sign-up offers. The CoBrand On-Property Pilot Program was awarded an HSMAI Adrian Award under the Digital, Technology category.
